WE FINALIZED OUR ADOPTION JULY 14th!!!!
Our bug is finally "ours" and boy have we all got settled in with each other. Its hard to describe just how well she fits in, she is just soooo much like us its fantastic.

All is good! :)
Things are still going great! B is settling in quite well. Her birthday is this month - so we're busy planning the party - should be fun! :) I'm doing a castle cake for it too. Also, I need to make the pinata still too. :P

Update - though not much of an update ^___^
Well, all is great here! B.G. is doing great in school - of course, she is still playing "catch up", but in my opinion seems rather "on par" with the rest of the class... I'll likely call the teacher today to find out how she is doing again. (I do that about once a week)
B.G.'s new social worker is another matter... we were supposed to meet her (home visit) in December but the heavy snow prevented her having a baby sitter or something. Okay, perfectly good reason. Yesterday, we were supposed to have the rescheduled visit... sick (though she obviously called from the office)... valid reason...
What is the problem then, you ask? Both of these calls to let us know were slightly before the appt. time! The snow one (first one) was 30 minutes before the appt, and yesterday's was 12 MINUTES! before the appt. Was there something wrong with calling BEFORE DH left work, lost money, etc? Certainly she had to know she could not get a babysitter BEFORE 30 minutes prior to the meeting. Or that she was SICK BEFORE 12 minutes before the meeting?
Needless to say, I am rather annoyed with her. The reasons were valid enough, but calling just a few minutes before the appt time is ridiculous! Not only did DH have to miss work and loose money we needed because of it, but B.G. has been looking forward to meeting her.
AND we've been having a hell of a time getting the social worker(s) to setup a visit with her brothers! AHHH!

Well ANYWAY, things otherwise are great! She has really began to "deeply" settle in, in both DH and mine's opinion. The "Good Choice, Bad Choice" board is still working fantastic - and she hasn't had to roll the "Consequence Wheel" in about two-three weeks. :)
